Board of Directors: At the highest level, IPS is guided by our Board of Directors. The Board has overall responsibility for the company’s strategic direction, oversight of management, and upholding our corporate governance principles. It comprises accomplished professionals from diverse backgrounds providing objectivity and extensive experience.

IPS Senior Leadership: The senior leadership team, headed by the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for setting the company’s strategic priorities and leading its day-to-day operations ethically and responsibly aligned with stakeholders’ interests.

Group Companies Management: IPS oversees a group of companies across various sectors and regions. Each operating company maintains its own leadership team headed by a General Manager. They have a governance structure to manage their specific business while adhering to IPS’s overarching governance standards.

Financial Stewardship: We maintain robust financial controls and accountability. Our financial statements undergo an annual independent audit to ensure transparency and accuracy in our financial reporting practices.

Environment & Social

IPS is committed to achieving Net Zero from operational emissions by 2025. We aim to improve the quality of life in the communities where we operate, meet or exceed all applicable laws and regulations, and engage stakeholders in identifying and managing environmental and social risks and opportunities. We have an environmental and social management system to systematically manage issues like pollution, biodiversity, resource efficiency, human rights, labour practices, community health and safety, and cultural heritage. IPS does not invest in activities involving forced or child labour, illegal activities, ozone-depleting substances, wildlife trafficking, unsustainable fishing, nuclear materials, or others on our exclusion list.

Our Whistleblowing policy aims to instil a sense of responsibility amongst our employees and encourage them to be good stewards of the Company’s resources. IPS Management encourages staff to exhibit integrity, honesty, accountability, ethical values, and commitment that facilitate compliance with the law and the Company’s policies and procedures. Our Whistleblowing policy guides our employees and stakeholders who have information regarding financial impropriety, unethical and dishonest behaviour, and discriminatory or illegal practices to come forth and report to Management without fear of retribution or recrimination.

IPS will constantly uphold all laws relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption in all the jurisdictions in which it operates.
